Mel I'd say you were a good girl for just making the effort to go out

when you still aren't 100%. I'm sure your boys appreciate you being

there. How was that yummy dinner of yours last night? I'm sitting

here sipping on my 2nd white chocolate Jarra drink - think I'm

becoming addicted - all Nic and Ghyll's fault for telling me about

them. Now I really have to do some work this arvo so will sign out

and try and behave for an hour at least!!!
