Fitness Classes for adolescents and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders

Is pleased to announce we will now be offering active play and fitness classes

to adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders

Classes will be held every Saturday 12:30- 1:30

$25.00 per class- No need to sign a contract, drop-ins welcome. However,

registered participants will have individual goals and objectives and will be

sent home with a progress report after each class

Classes are taught by an ABA therapist and Certified personal trainer
