Hi Everyone,

We have started to transition many of our in home cases to our new Autism Centre

located in York region. Please see our website at www.functionalforms.ca. Every

single person on our team has significant experience in ABA, either having a

graduate degree focused in ABA, having a BCBA credential, or working in the

field for many years. We provide ABA services to individuals between the ages of

2-12 in our centre, as well as in the home and school/community settings. We

would love to get the opportunity to talk to you and share our expertise and

experience in greater detail. Our focus is ABA, and we do our best to have the
