Guest guest
Overall, doing well. Energy is increasing-- ironically, the PA wants to start me on Procrit. Waiting for insurance approval now. I do have significant shortness of breath. But here's the big news-- I was Virus Undetectable at 4 weeks! Rock on! Besides the birth of my daughter, the happiest day of my life was a couple days ago when I found out! I KNEW I was feeling stronger under all these med side effects! Since I don't eat alot of meat, I was working on increasing iron & B12 to see if it helped the energy. However, I simply could NOT stuff in enough beans and rice with my queasy stomach, etc. so I have had some liver, steak and chicken. Seems to have helped. My daughter, a wholistic nutrition counselor, says it takes the " high quality " meat protein to survive the " killer " meds of the TX-- so a meat-eating I will go! BTW: Had blood tests yesterday to measure all iron in my system. Will share results when they come. Best to all, Photi
