Guest guest
Well, writing this from the hospital . Last week on Monday I had blood work done and the transplant center called and told me to stop my Celcept pills and one other, plus have new blood work done on Thursday. Did that at 8 in the morning and by noon got another call saying my White cell count was down and to go back Friday and have another blood test. By noon had a call to get my Butt up here fast. Then was told the one white cell they were looking at was real low. My wife looked it up on the Net and found a normal count was 1500 per MM cubed, mine was 38 yes 38. so after lots of tests over the last 4 days all they are saying is it looks to be drug related, so redoing all my anti rejection drugs. They do have the count back up over the min. of 500 as of this morning so hopping to go home tomorrow. Will keep you posted, so far this is the first problem after the transplant, guess the doc can no longer say I'm boring lol. Oh as for anti-depressents I never took any douring my 48 weeks of treatment and never missed a day of work because of it. Take care rich
