At Beautiful Minds of Princeton, we teach, reach, and expand potential with

individuals with special needs and those who support them. We provide

educational interventions, behavior management and assessment, and social

We currently have some openings for direct care staff. Experience working

individuals with special needs and/or experience in providing " ABA therapy "

(Verbal Behavior, Discrete Trial, Natural Environment Training) preferred.

We can offer basic as well as any additional training needed for the right

candidates. Additionally, BCBA or BCABA supervision may available for the

right candidate. Starting salary varies with experience. In the future,

there may be the possibility for weekend hours or for professional

advancement to lead therapist or consultant.

Students have autism and are elementary school age. They are working on a

variety of skills including functional academics and living skills.
