Guest guest
Hello friends-- My PDD-NOS son gets ABA at home. Our primary ABA therapist is out on maternity leave and the rest of our team is having trouble how figuring out a sequencing goal for him. Can someone plz guide us. Before our therapist left on vacation-we had just started 3-part picture sequences--and my son was saying things like " first we mix the dough, next put cookies in oven and last the cookies are ready to eat " . This he calls a " cookie story " and we have similar " the car wash story " etc. On these sequences he then identifies " which one came first " and " what came last " . Our substitute therapist is also asking him... " What comes after ______ " . What should we do next? According to the ABLLS what are the steps in teaching " Sequencing " ? Help!! Thank you.
