Guest guest
While reading various behavior manuals we've come across the ABLLS-R - The Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills as an essential way to assess current skill levels from which to base lessons and therapy upon. When I asked our ABA provider if this would be done for my son she replied that instead they used the Mullen Scales of Early Learning, ADOS, and the Vineland. But it's my (limited) understanding that these tests assess risk and the spectrum of autism and not the specific skills that would be addressed during therapy. Is this true? Could someone elucidate the differences in these assessments for me? Thank you very much, Dana Weber Pohjie@...
