Guest guest
Hi Sue, I have been on disability for over 2 years and am 52 years old. I have Medicare part A automatically and my husband's insurance is good, so I just have that for everything else. They sent me papers and if I read them correctly I'm not eligible for part B. Now for how I feel about my Drs. and healthcare. I'm so very blessed with wonderful Drs. I had one and he did not want to take the time to learn about CMT, so I switched to one that did. A couple of my Drs. have even taken there own time to learn about this disease in how it affects their area of expertise. The neuro that I have even sends me articles out of his medical magazines. To me if the Drs. will not take the time to understand what CMT means to their particular specialty, then I am not giving them my business and money. I only want Drs. that are in my corner and really care about MY welfare. Connie, P'burg, OH
