Guest guest
Hi , At 40, I was in a new job that I loved, was exercising daily, and feeling great. I had 2 celebrations for my 40th (one was a complete surprise, the first time I ever had a surprise party!) the other was a very special dinner at Trader Vics. We sure have known each other a long time. Happy pre-birthday! Gretchen
Guest guest
no...no, you've got it wrong. You putt putt along for awhile then fall jump off the ledge, sheesh. So yer good for a few more years yet. Some people just have to try to over achieve. Sorry you're good for a few more years, no ledge jumping in your immediate future. Hell at forty I was teaching my son to ride a bike and stuff and working 60 hours a week. So suck it up and carry on, no vacation yet. Happpy almost 40th birthday, use number candles, they don't darken the ceiling. Ed
Guest guest
Hi , No need to worry. There's light at the end of the " 40th birthday tunnel " . If there's one thing we know for sure about this disease, it affects everyone differently. So after telling you my struggles with life in my early 40's, I do need to tell you that my dad is 67 and doing great. Sure he has the feet issue and the atrophy issue and the challenges that brings, but he has no pain and plenty of energy. My uncle...same story! He bikes for miles every day. So, everyone is different. You can be the encouraging story for us too.
Guest guest
, happy almost Birthday. I am 38 getting close to that day as well, altough not as close as some. hahahaha Good thing this diease affects us all dfferent. Just add a 500mg Vit C Chewable to your diet and it will all work out. Have a great B-Day and don't worry about it, what ever happens will happen. Just take care of yourself. Guest guest
: Being well past 40 by a tad more than 50% (55% actually) and having scars many years older than 40, I can actually say that: 40 is the new 20. --Larry
Guest guest
Thank you very much! Today in honor of my 40th birthday I donated 10 inches of my hair to locks for love. It made me soo happy knowing I was helping someone feel a little better about themselves.

Guest guest
Thanks , At 38 I told everyone I was 40 just to make it easier to turn 40. Only problem with that is I often forget my real age. I skipped 36 and was 37 for 2 years.
