Guest guest Posted March 9, 2012 Report Share Posted March 9, 2012 most recent studies has shown that using red wine for the Resveratrol has decreased to negative effects, plain old grape juice has about the same amount as wine. One liquid (US) ounce of wine is the recommended dose as a MAXIMUM. Many religions prohibit the use of alcohol - so other plants rich in Resveratrol are available. Just a cautionary note: most of these things are LIFE LONG LIFE-STYLE CHOICES and are not 'last resort' or 'salvage' alternatives to reverse decades of damage, or to try to reverse genetic damage - be it hereditary or environmentally caused.
