This client is in shape, mentally as well as physically. Still, aches and pains are creeping up. What if this is getting worse? You have experienced that we are getting older. Like it or not, aging is difficult. You have spent your entire life being active, energetic, moving forward in your professional life or chasing behind kids. The focus was on everybody and everything else but not on yourself. Now you have more time. Exercise and your hobbies are on your list again. Yet, you are not able to enjoy your time, because you don't have the energy and you feel pain. You try not to move; yet you don't feel better. Actually you feel worse.
