In a nutshell, it said that because I had managed to get my disability payments to continue, they need to reinstate my employment and have me continue on medical leave.Yet these are the same people who told my counselor that it didn't matter if they terminated me because I could stay on disability anyway.Methinks they received something in the mail from EEOC. I am going to see my attorney about the letter--I'm guessing I can ignore it. What was interesting was how out of whack the letter threw me emotionally. I got all anxious and panicky; what kept running through my head was that I didn't want to go back there, and also the thought that I was going to have to put up with being harassed by my boss again/forced to go back there.
