Guest guest
Hi Rick, I do hand exercises when in the pool as part of my Aquatics circuit. I do a sculling motion, cup my hands, drag them (and my arms) side to side, and then under water to above water (sort of like a Volleyball dig motion) I also do finger exercises rapidly then with each finger touching my thumb, back and forth rapidly. See this for something to use on land http://www.metoliusclimbing.com/gripsaver.htm Gretchen
Guest guest
Hi Rick, There is a device called the grip master. It is harder to squeeze then a squeeze ball. Carmella
Guest guest
I have noticed some hand weakness but that is because I had elbow surgery and was immobilised should to hand for 5 and a half weeks. My doctor recommended a stress squeeze ball, at all times I can use it, to get the muscle back. Frequent easy exercise is best to keep CMT muscles active. I only wish I could find something to stimulate the small muscles in the feet! Best wishes, Donna from London
