Dress Shoes - again

Hi Everyone,

First off Happy New Year!

I was wondering if anyone knew of either brands or stores that at a

selection of dress shoes that could accommodate AFOs. I have braces

that are called Rockers. From what I heard they were invented by a

gentlemen who has CMT himself. I love these braces even though I still have

difficulty finding winter boots and dress shoes. I live the great state of MI in

the suburbs of Detroit (This info was to help if anyone had any specific shoes

store recommendations in mind). Any help would be appreciated. I did find one

online store called the healthyfeetstore.com that looks like it could be an

alternative to find shoes. Has anyone ordered from this website? If so could you

let me know what your thoughts are please.

(A liitle bit about me I'm a 29yr. old teacher. My Dr.'s are still

puzzled as they try to figure out what type of CMT I have. I'm the

only special one in my immediate and extended families that have this

wonderful thing. It has been a blessing but the one frustrating thing

being a women is to find shoes.) Everyday I have to thank god for the

wonderful gifts his given me because things could be so much worse.

The challenges in life make you to be a stronger person if you let it. I have

done this with my life and would only change a few things.
