Doctors who listen to you and sincerely try to help you manage symptoms? Doctors who are willing to learn about CMT from info you give them? Being able to get a doctor's appointment without a long wait? Having low-cost/affordable health insurance? Having no cost/free healthcare, even if it means waiting a long time? Having no cost/free healthcare, without waiting a long time? Having an insurance company that doesn't give you hassles or needs prior approval before treatment/medications/surgery/ etc. Being able to obtain medications and supplements at low prices? Being able to obtain medications and supplements at no cost/free? Having an Orthotist who is a CMT bracing specialist? Having doctors who understand CMT nutritional needs and exercise programs? Having doctors who prescribe Physical Therapy for your CMT needs? Having doctors that integrate Western and Eastern/Alternative/Complimentary therapies? Do you feel CMT organizations should provide healthcare plans for persons with CMT? Are you satisfied with your current healthcare plan and doctors? Or are you disatisfied with your current healthcare plan and doctors? Anything else? Healthcare is a big issue. Let's discuss it.
