Oatmeal once a day will LOWER your cholesterol. Once a week will even help.

As our doctor says, most people put lots of sugar and milk on it . Makes a great

milk shake.....duh!

So use your head and minimize the sugar and/or add fruit instead. Dried fruit

cooked in oatmeal works great.

Thanks to everyone for all the advice/info/and suggestions regarding my reducing

cholesterol w/out meds post.

My son has been working on changing his diet and your suggestions helped a lot.

I really appreciate it and learned a lot.
