Guest guest
Oatmeal once a day will LOWER your cholesterol. Once a week will even help. As our doctor says, most people put lots of sugar and milk on it . Makes a great milk shake.....duh! So use your head and minimize the sugar and/or add fruit instead. Dried fruit cooked in oatmeal works great.
Guest guest
We use Vanilla flavored Casein Protein in our oatmeal. It's excellent. No milk or sugar needed. Just water. We throw in a few frozen blueberries and some flaxseed too. We really like this brand... http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/store/en/browse/sku_detail.jsp?id=OP-2037 Flavor is really good. Works great in fruit smoothies too.
Guest guest
I put splenda and frozen wild blueberries in my oatmeal. I also use non fat milk instead of water to make it higher protein. Elinor
