Guest guest
Joy, As part of my CMT, I sometimes experience a 'resting' tremor when I'm still and doing nothing. It is a very fine movement in my hands. I first noticed this when I was 19. Over the many years, I have experienced what I term " tremor surges " , where this tremor is more noticeable and aggravating. There is no pain with this tremor. This " surge " mostly happens when I do not sleep deep. A good site for tremor info is http://wemove.org Gretchen
Guest guest
Joy, I think this is the same symptom that I called " earthquake syndrome " one month ago. A tremor that begin in the first step of my sleep. I awaked with fear because I thougth the earth was moving. In fact since I knew that other people feel the same I don´t feel fear anytime, but I continue with the tremor. Thank you group!!! --------------------------------- Comparte video en la ventana de tus mensajes (y también tus fotos de Flickr). Usa el nuevo Messenger versión Beta. Guest guest
Hi , My husband says I always have a " snap " " jerk " or " jump " just when I fall asleep. I wonder if we have the same thing? Donna from London
Guest guest
Dear Donna Maybe it is the same, the first times was terrible because I sleep alone and the idea of a quake alone was fatal. Now I feel the tremor that sometimes is very hard but my fear go away, is not the earth, is only my CMT. The next time that I sleep with company I´m going to ask if I jump, too. My boyfriend claims that when I sleep I do stranges sounds, like regrets (lamentos) of the souls, he has to love me so much for tolerate it without draw me for the window. Guest guest
Hola ! Your boyfriend seems to say the same as my husband - he says when I have my little jump he rubs my back to make sure I know I am ok in my sleep. So sweet! Tiene un buen dia!
