I use a theraband to stretch my hamstrings and calves. I took a stretching class at the local community college and I really enjoyed it. Guest guest Posted November 3, 2007 Report Share Posted November 3, 2007 I go to a sports therapist and do Active Isolated Stretching. I cannot recommend this enough.
