Guest guest
Statins: I just read an ad in the Veterans magazine and I will quote: Coenzyme Q10 " At the 300 mg dosage, supplementation may help combat the CoQ10- depleting effects of cholesterol-lowering statin drugs. " I have cousins that take 100 mg in the AM and 100 in the PM.....and they get along with this treatment. I did not know that there was a 300 mg till I saw this ad. Does anyone know of a study of just how much Q10 can be taken safely? Oldmemory65
