Guest guest
To Adwilson, I had pain on the left side of my left foot which is what sent me to the doctors. That is how I got the diagnosis too. I think that surgery should be seen as a last resort. I say this because, through trial and search, I found a great stretch massage sports therapist, who stretched one day my peroneal tendon and instantly my foot pain on the side of my foot disappeared. If a good stretch can help to avoid surgical intervention that was my answer to the orthopaedist who mentioned surgery as an alternative - I will save it for a day where things become unmanageable by other means. Good luck with things and I hope you find this group useful. Donna from London
