None of this is anything new. They've been at this for well over a decade and we have done nothing at all about it. There is even evidence that the previous administration sent a lot of "dual use" tech to China for the space program. The hackers really are a problem and we should take systems off the internet, from financial and government systems to power plants to make them safe from hacking.

The problem in some cases: The systems are offline, but some idiot

plugged in a modem. Also, people lack an understanding of the way a

cyberattack would actually occur. It's not like a conventional attack.
