My body pillow helps so much. Sleeping without it causes so much additional pain. I bought my body pillow at Sharper Image a few years ago. It's quite worn out now and Sharper Image doesn't carry them anymore. I bought another online, but it was too big, too fat, couldn't be squished down comfortably between my legs. I had to give it away. I would love to find another one like the one I got at Sharper Image. It has some kind of beans in it, so it can easily be adjusted to the height needed. Any recommendations? As for mattresses, my mattress is only 3 years old, but we really need a new one. It's a Beauty Rest. It's got a pillowtop on the top side only and supposedly doesn't ever have to be flipped. But within a short time it showed permanent indentations. My husband turns it head to toe, but it does no good. We won't ever buy one that can't be flipped over again.
