So will it go back to 1997 when they say I have enough work quarters? I am so

OK, I get it, I think now it sounds like your benefits claim for SSDI and SSI as

far back as 1993 won't be considered in this, just the last 2 years from March

2005 when you applied and then appealed a denial, but, again, best to check with

your attorney. It sounds like your record as far back as 1993 is being closed.

Title XVI means Title 16 and that is SSI.
