Guest guest Posted January 13, 2012 Report Share Posted January 13, 2012 I took a raw cooking class recently and the instructor suggested soaking nuts and grains in water with a little hydrogen peroxide in it for 20 minutes, then rinsing and soaking/sprouting as usual. I couldn't find anything on the SproutPeople website about using hydrogen peroxide. Is this necessary? Is it safe to put hydrogen peroxide on your food? I would appreciate any advie.
