Guest guest
Have any of you tried Earth Shoes? If so, how did you like them? My parents visited one of their stores and thought that their negative heel technology might help with my toes dragging the ground. Makes sense to me. Also...in regards to shoes...I bought two pairs of Green boots last year from Nordstroms. They are really cute and have a great rubber heel. I wore them for the first time for Thanksgiving, and almost felt " normal " . I have pretty noticable drop foot, so this was great. They were a bit expensive...I think that they were regularly $285, but they were on sale for under $200. Still ridiculous in price, but if they help me walk, I am fine with that! Just thought that I would pass the brand on to those of you that don't want to give up wearing good looking shoes:) Let me know if you have any thoughts! Thanks! Guest guest
Hi Amy, Do you wear an AFO for your drop foot? I really want to find decent looking shoes to wear when I wear my AFO. Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks Elaine
Guest guest
I have AFOs, but I have never worn them:) I think that if you got a big enough size in these, that they might just work well with braces, as I believe that the toe bed is wide. You might check out their website at: www.earth.us Their mary janes and a few others are very cute, and get great reviews on Zappos. Good luck!
