Christmas day injuries

It seems almost every year I do something to seriously injure myself in

this week between Christmas and New Year. Two years ago it was the

dislocation of my peroneal tendon (ankle) while bowling with the kids.

January and February were spent in a cast after surgery. Yesterday I

was playing tennis on the new Nintendo Wii that Santa brought for

Christmas and dislocated my shoulder. It popped right back in (this

isn't the first time or even the 100th time) but now I'm really hurting

and my hand is numb. Do you think stress contributes to susceptibility

to injury by exacerbating the CMT?
