Guest guest Posted December 5, 2007 Report Share Posted December 5, 2007 Hi Gretchen, Conjugated Linoleic Acid Creatine and CLA seems to be the pieces missing from my hand full of pills a twice a day. I've regained a lot of the strength back in my right arm that I lost went I got sick in October. I can hold a pen and write again. Somewhere about a month ago I read a blurb about older body builders using this stuff and though I'd give it a whirl, nothing else was working. There has been some research on the benefits of it and no ill effects have been found. You can find out a lot about it on the web. I believe it is more effective if used in conjunction with exercising so your use of 3 lb weights is doing that. Keep it up, especially if it seems to be working.
