Guest guest Posted December 5, 2007 Report Share Posted December 5, 2007 Hi Gang, I came across a blurb somewhere about uh. . . well seasoned individuals using Creatine and CLA to combat loss of muscle mass and the droops and bulges. After a thorough review of web literature I've been giving it a shot for the last couple of weeks and it seems to be helping. My floppy right foot is decidedly less so and it seems my left leg has what appears to be muscle tone. I've been doing things with 3lb dumbells and my arms seem to be toning as well. During the week I live in a not very healthfood friendly place so everything I've been taking is wally world stuff. Though I'd pass this along.
