Guest guest
There are people who have AIDS and knowingly spread it to others. In a small town near my place in Alabama, a man came in from Mobile or Atlanta, we aren't sure which, and gave AIDS to at least 8 women, and this in a population of not quite 400 people. Free condoms are available, but the sexually active population tends not to use them. AIDS education campaigns had been run in the area and in the schools, but evidently to no avail. People like that man should be in prison to keep them from infecting others. No telling how many of them are around or how many others know they have it but still prowl bars and "dating" sites but don't tell prospective partners what they have. " People like those 8 mindless women who had sex with a stranger ought to be in prison as well. You would think that people would be smart enough to take the time to know who they are SHARING their bodies with rather than just taking the short cut to immediate physical gratification. Guest guest
A person is smart. People are stupid, mindless animals... My opinion is that people with HIV/AIDS have rights, but they do not have the right to knowingly put others at risk. That's at the very least a form of negligent homicide at best.
