Guest guest
Hi I get the eye twitch all the time.. not sure if it's CMT related.. but it usually happens when I am tired then I over compensate and drink too much caffeine. When I get rest and stop the caffeine it goes away. Carol
Guest guest
Oh, yeah do I get this. Been going on for years. Very annoying. Sometimes only one or two in a row. Sometimes, it seems like its not going to stop. I also get muscle twitches all over the body. My favorite is when one of my finger's get it. I always run, (hopefully don't trip) to wife to show her. She always just say oh yeah, I think she thinks I am nuts cause I get excited about it. Really just excited to show her how nuts my body really is. Guest guest
I get the same twitching in my left eye at times. And I rarely use caffeine, so I don't think it's caffeine related. Never considered it being CMT related. Very interesting. --Joe
Guest guest
I had the same problem for years and thought they were ticks. It caused really bad headache and I thought it might be either anxiety or CMT maybe both. After taking Neurontin they went away. Guest guest
> > Hi Bee and everyone, > > I have been noticing my right eye lid keeps twitching. It started about a week or so after starting back into this diet plan. It has now been almost three weeks since I started easing back into it. > It is interesting that this is the eye that has been causing me problems, due to Candida, I beleive. Problems being blurry vision and sometimes a droppyness about it. > I'm just wondering what might be causing this sudden twitching (which happens on and off all day). Could it be something to do with healing??? > or is it more a die off symptom? Both? +++Hi Carolyn. You can be assured that when you are fully on this program any symptoms will mean you are progressing towards health. Your body does everything for a very good reason. So I always say that God didn't make any stupid bodies. lol! +++But do ensure you are taking the correct kinds and amounts of calcium and magnesium citrate since muscle twitching can be caused by a lack of them or an imbalance. > > I'm starting to feel great in all other ways. With ups and downs, but the most remarkable difference I notice is in my legs. They feel so skinny and light!!!!!!!! it's like I am a kid again. My head is getting clearer too. Thank goodness! +++You go girl!!! I'm so happy for you. Lotsa healing hugs, Bee
