Re:vitamix icecream and sorbet

I never used the vitamix to make icecream or soup.  I did get an incecream

maker and can make sorbet though haven't yet.  I have made icecream.  I try to

keep sugar a bit low.  I guess I should try to get me a new cookbook for

vitamix.  I have a little cottage in AR and it might be there.  I am thinking

that I still had it somewhere.  So much was gotten rid of when I cleaned out

the sheds.  I always think of yogurt as healthy but I didn't use greek yogurt

and i don't make it myself.  I have heard that is not too complicated though. 

I nevermade soup either.  I think I tried it once and it was blah.  Guess

depends on herbs and also what you put in it.

I am all for making what you ENJOY-I don't follow the " rules " , lol. I also like

yogurt in mine! Ice cream, sorbet, and sherbet made in the Vitamix are

amazing-no bad stuff, no fat, delish!
