Hi Sue,

Good for you. My Celexa to Lex is not going as

easily, my mood is lower, and I have less energy, even

though I went from 20mg Celexa to 10 mg Lexapro, which

are supposed to be equivalent. It's been 6 weeks so

far.

My psych says she might add in Wellbutrin, I'm going

to give her a call tomorrow and give that a shot.

Good luck Silvia, sometimes you have to kiss a lot of frogs (try a lot of

different meds) before you find THE one. I cannot take wellbutrin, Effexor

or any Tricyclic antidepressants..they totally whack me out and I become

psychotic.

That's just great Sue. Hopefully I will eventually find my solution as

well. I'm not convinced that Paxil is right for me. Lex is option

number two.

  • 2 years later...

That's great to hear when people are still going strong without any disability.

I know I exercise as much as possible and if I didn't, I would get so depressed.

Even though a few of my muscles are not perfect looking due to the CMT, the ones

that I can work I do and I force myself to do it because I know the results if I

don't. I'm glad to hear about your dad!
