Guest guest
Absolutely! Sometimes it takes a while. My last surgery was a total knee and though it was the most painful of any except maybe tendon transfers in my hand years ago, now I feel so much better. I can walk again and my other knee is better as well. Just select carefully what you will let them cut on. I'd also get at least two opinions and read up as much as possible on the procedure. Surgery doesn't always come out as the physician thinks it will and there is always a risk that something terrible might happen. Good luck in your decision Jerry
Guest guest
No, no .... my question is not regarding whether the surgery was successful (though certainly, that would complicate things if not), but rather whether anyone has noticed a reduction in the severity of their CMT - after surgery of any type -, even if very briefly. 'Spunky' is the word. ;-)
