Guest guest
Hello everyone. I had posted in the past about foot pain on the bottom of my feet when laying in bed with feet flat. I used the suggestion of a pillow under the knees but still have awful pain in the heel area when I lay flat. As long as I do not put my feet flat on the bed I do not have the pain. I enjoy reading in bed or watching TV but cannot lay for more than a few minutes unless I hang my feet off of the bed. I have had to put a twin mattress on top of my queen mattress to alleviate pain in the hips and shoulders. When I try to lay on my side on the couch I have pain in the hips and shoulders too. It is getting very frustrating just trying to relax. I do not take a pain pill for this cause I feel as though I am causing the pain. That is if I do not lay certain ways or sit certain ways I will not have the pain. I have also noticed that certain things like a dinner plate and a fork seems to be heavier to me. Last night I was holding a bowl and I do not remember if I forgot that I was holding it or what but next thing I knew I heard it smash on the floor. What a mess that was!! Anyway, can anyone shed some light on the pain issues and what I can do or try. Thanks everyone and enjoy your Easter Holiday! Teri
