Some state parks do have bans on firearms, as do city parks. As of yet they don't have vehicle inspections, so I suppose you could have one in your car out of sight. Actually having to use it though would be a problem.

My opinion: States should still be able to override to ban if they have a law on the books, especially if it were a non-national state park..Make your life easier with all your friends, email, and favorite sites in one place. Try it now.
