Finding financial help for College

I am just about to no longer be able to do my very physically

demanding job. I want to go back to school to do something else. What

kind of financial help (if any) have any of you gotten because of your

disability in the way of scholarships, grants, etc.? I am in the

process of trying to figure out if this is even a possibility for me.
