Pain in arch

All of the sudden, my right foot is really hurting me. I woke up one morning and

felt a tremendous amount of pain in the arch area of my foot...it feels as

though it is tight and needs to be stretched out. Today, I used it to drive, and

it hurt the entire time.

Other than the atrophy that goes with CMT and severe arches, I have not had any

problems with my feet.

Have any of you experienced this? I know many of you have had to have surgery on

your feet, so I just wondered if this was the initial stage of a more serious

issue with my foot.
