,

Try searching our Message Archives, I found 14 posts about 'hot tubs' -

i.e., # 45439. 43363, 43363, 43357, 43351-50, 43333, 43335, 43340,

43344, 43346, and more.

Swimming in a hot tub wouldn't work here. Tubs are too small. But a pool like I

use allows swimming, walking, stretching, aquatics, circuit training, aerobics,

dancing, and more etc. It is heated at the theraputic level of 94 degrees F. One

hour per day is the recommended time for activity in a pool that warm. There are

some hospital rehab centers and private gyms/fitness centers that have them. See

http://www.endlesspools.com/index.html and http://www.swimex.com/
