filling SSI for child with CMT

my daughter was also diagnosed with CMT last year. Since starting Preschool she

has

been in the physical therapy program and she also is considered special ed but

in regular

preschool courses. Could I file SSI from her Neurologist tests and notes that

here

therapist take?
