sleep apnea and Crocs

Hi Tammy,

I had the sleep apnea and I had similar results and MY Doc who is a lung

specialist said that I do not have the normal sleep apnea, that I have

obsturtive (SP) sleep apnea. He said that with my results, he would not have

put me on CPAP, except my blood Oxygen level went down to 72% when in REM so

therefore he put me on CPAP, so that my lungs can rest and not work so hard

while sleeping. I also have asthma and my diaphram has atrophed on the left

side and pushes up into my lung.

So I have 3 lung disorders. Or so what my Doc says. Good Luck!!!! If you do

have to get the CPAP machine, it isn't as bad as it looks. I got use to it

within a couple of days. The days that I think I can do without the machine, I

wake up with headaches and the Doc said that was because of the lack of oxygen.

Also, I have Crocs and LOVE them. I have wide and big feet without the AFOs, so

the only style of Crocs that really work is, Beach. They are the original

style, that they came up with and are the widest. I actually found them in

Dillard's, MC Sports, and other sporting goods stores.

I hope that my experiences help someone.

Connie,

P'burg, OH
