I can't say for sure one way or the other, but " In the last 20 years

(during the introduction of cell phones) the incidence of brain

cancers went up 40%! " does not necessarily mean that cell phones are

THE cause of the supposed increase in brain cancer. I believe cancer

in general has increased quite a bit in recent years.

Hi,

Two very interesting posts, could you give us a web link to the

source of this information?

Thanks,

I have been concerned about cell phone radiation for awhile and have purchased

some protection devices. Have you seen any proof that anything effectively

shields the harmful radiation? Is there a safe way of using a cell phone?

Does anyone know what material blocks the radiation - as far as carrying a cell

phone in a pocket or purse is concerned?

I have seen material for sale online that can line the phone case, a pocket or

purse so you could carry it without exposing your body to more radiation. It

would appear they are selling a silver metallic type of material. It was rather

expensive as it was sold in small little squares. - I wonder if there's some

material that we can buy in the stores that would make an effective pocket

liner?

I found my fingers were being " zapped " while speaking on the phone and actually

became sore. The case that I recently purchased stopped that. I don't think

it's real leather but looks like it, and is a soft material inside. Maybe that

worked just because my fingers are no longer right against the phone when I'm

speaking on it - in fact, with this case (which is a little larger than my

phone) there is some air between my fingers and the phone.

I have also put on the Biopro chip and the Green8 shield. Someone showed me

with a guass meter that there is less emission when the chip is on.

If you have an extendable antenna, keeping it in the lowered position

when not needed(strong signal) would probably help. I have wondered

about the effectiveness of those stickon foil shields and would like to

read convincing labaratory proof of their effectiveness before

purchasing.

Check the DR. Mercola web site, he sells a headset that has RF shielding. At

least you can get the phone itself away from your brain and it's great for use

in a car, hands free operation.

Radiation from a broadcasting cell phone is not on a straight line,

but the

energies range out in all directions. Protection involves avoiding

the use

of cell phones entirely.

Please take a look at this short video on the dangers of cell phones. We

have heard it and now here is the proof.

>>

Cell phones transmit MICROWAVE radiation. They transmit it into your brain,

when you put cell phone to ear/head. The industry has labored to conceal (this

OBVIOUS fact) for years. As people with common sense, we don't need

" government studies " to lie to us. Cell phones are just fine...just as long as

folks

have the common sense to limit exposure. But how many folks do you know who,

just

like sacking out in front of their TV, will abuse the privilege of using

cell phone. I use mine only for emergencies and only for a couple minutes at a

time. No matter how MANY industry snowjob " studies " they churn out, I'm going to

exercise common sense and limit my exposure.

What about Cell Phone chips like BioPro or other anti EMF material.

Does that help at all? Also, are we exposed to EMF if the cell phone

is just turned on and we happen to have it with us, or is it mostly

when the cell phone is actually in use, that is making a call? -Charlie

Is that what the video says? We have cheapo dial-up internet, on a

hand-me down comp, so videos are out. But of course, then, so is the cell

phone, just pre-paid for emergencies in the old beater car!

if you're just using your cell phone for emergencies, you can get by without

paying for a

service. you can only call 911 though. but it is free as long as you keep your

cell phone

charged.

Hello everyone, I love all the info I get from this group. Here is a

reminder of my situation, my father has CMT, my sister and I both have

only mild symptoms, but here is my question: Dad's hands are quite

effected, he has no feeling from his fingertips to mid forearm, and has

lost 2 fingers, does anyone know of a cell phone that he could use

with: larger numbers(his visions is quite bad, and not a flip phone

(he is unable to open them up) He would like a cell phone for when he

is out, in case anything happens. Just looking for options for him.

Thanks for everything. julie from wisconsin

Maybe the best thing to do is along with not getting a flip phone is to get a

bluetooth and there are ways of doing voice recognition so if you say " call

home' it will do just that. It may take some time setting it up but once

programmed it is fairly easy to use. Most cell phones have that option already.

Best of luck.

Andy
