Creurer is a writer and personal counselor for helping people

cope with their emotional issues as they age, become ill or become

disabled. Due to a physical disability, found he could no

Life is like driving down the freeway. Eventually, there are faster cars which

overtake us; we are then forced to slow down and use the slower lane.

Having hope enables us to endure the severest of hardships and

overcome seemingly impossible challenges.

Without hope we might have little meaning or purpose in our lives.

Hope is an emotion that we all need.

If you hope that something is true or hope for something to happen,

you want it to be true or to happen and usually believe that it is

possible or likely; hope is a In this discussion, we will be

contemplating our reason for existence. We need to fulfill feeling of

desire and expectation that things will go well in the future.

A hope is something we desire. Hope is a feeling, an expectation.

Hope is willful thinking.

Yet, hope has both positive and negative qualities. At times, we feel

hopeful, and, in weaker moments, we might feel hopeless. Feeling

hopeless compounds our feeling of powerlessness.

Feeling hopeful helps get us through the tough times. As we age,

become ill or physically disabled, hope can be our ally. Having hope

that things can improve and we will endure will help keep us from

spiraling into the depths of depression.

Having hope helps to overcome feelings of fatigue and helplessness.

Being hopeful is positive thinking in action. Having hope boost's

self-esteem and self-confidence; we hope that our dreams and goals

will be realized. Feelings of confidence emerge when we feel there is

hope for a better today and tomorrow.
