Guest guest
I ordered from thehealthsuperstore.com _Jarrow Formulas Citicoline For Brain Metabolism_ (http://www.healthsuperstore.com/p-jarrow-citicoline.htm) I take 3 a day. I have been taking it for 3 weeks. I think it gave me a headache for a few days. I was also pretty tired for a few days. I am doing amazing now. I want everyone to give this product a try. I have such hope now for me as well as for my children and CMT friends.

Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I think I found a good price for Citicoline $16.47 from iHerb.com If you spend $60.00 or over UPS ground shipping is free. Does anyone think 1000 mg is too much to take in one day? Thank You Lainie in Fl.
Guest guest
All good things so far. I have visible muscle now in my hands and legs. I can move my feet up and down. I still have drop foot but it has improved. I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes again a few nights ago. So now for the bad part. My back muscles are really tight. I think I hurt myself on the treadmill. It's hard to feel good and still get hurt. 2 steps forward 1 step back. , Tell us whats going on with you and Citicoline.... Guest guest
, Congrats on the improvement part! I tend to injure myself too when I'm feeling good. I overdo it. For example, I did so much aerobics over the weekend that my back was killing me on Monday. I could barely move! Anyway, I did a bunch of Pilates then with the pain and my back is feeling much better now! Dawn
Guest guest
Hi Everyone: My name is Barb and I'm from TN. I'm new here sending messages, but have been reading them. I'm 62, and I also have CMT. I'm wanting to know more about the effects of the Citicoline, and how anyone is taking it is doing with it. I also have 2 younger sisiter's and they both have CMT also. We are all in different stages of CMT. I try to get my family Dr. to learn more about CMT, but he doesn't seem to want to learn. He is always afraid to give me meds. cause he doesn't know what effects they will have on my CMT. Looking forward to hearing from you all. Happy to meet everyone! Thanks, Barb
Guest guest
Hi Geri, Yes, I am lucky. ;-) I tell everyone I feel so blessed to have the handicap tools I need. I never thought there would be a day that my splints and wheelchair would be the first things I would grab if I had a fire. LOL I get " Source Naturals Phosphatidyl Choline In Lecithin " It is $13.50 Have a great day! Kay
Guest guest
Kay, What brand of Citicoline are you using? How long have you been using it? What dosage/frequency? Sorry for all the questions - many of us with CMT are eager to see your results. > > Hi Geri, > > My naturopath also tested me and said I did need Citicoline. I get mine at the health food store and it runs around $14.00 > You have a great day! ;-) > > Kay >
Guest guest
Well, I'm sorry to say that I have given up on the Citicholine. I took 3 months worth at 750mg/day and if anything, I think I am worse than when I started. I'm having a lot of problems with carpal tunnel on my right hand and weakness/numbness in both feet and lower legs. I have recently started feeling like my hips and shoulders aren't able to do what they are supposed to. I am a bit disappointed, but have decided not to spend anymore money on this supplement. I sure hope it is helping others but for me, I've given up on the experiment. Good luck to the others still using it. Holli
