I do the triathlon - did my first last year. I find the combo of swimming,

biking and walking really great for me. I encourage other people to try it

out.

I am looking for a good t-shirt for this year for the walk - any ideas? A

lot of people always cheer come on you can do it when I walk, but I want a

t-shirt that says something like " I walk because I can " and to advertise

neurological disorders. Do you know anyplace that sells them?

A graphic art studio should be able to design a shirt for you with a decal to

iron on or they can screen print what you want.

Adam has a T-shirt with a walker and an old lady on it reads. " IT's GO TIME " .

Adam just cracked up when he saw that shirt.
