Sounds like you and I are in the same boat. I'm 38 too and a single moma and I

try to stay as active as possible. I find Yoga and Pilates especially helpful. I

have those days but I still force myself to go wondering whether I'm doing the

right thing.

But at the end of the day if I didn't even go for my walk in the forest or do my

Pilates and Yoga then I feel very restless and decide that exercise every day is

vital to me no matter what. I think if I missed my walking that would be worse

than anything because I would feel so restless at night. Well, my two cents.
