I went to an Abilities Expo in San Mateo, CA today and saw this small water

machine that creates a little vortex type thing in the water. I didn't ask

how much it costs. Anyone try one? They have a carbon filter system that

they use first. The Optimizer has a coral/ceramic element in the bottom

that reflects far-infrared energy into the water. J.

This looks like a MLM gimmic. The URL offers no hard facts. You could

always test the effect by taping a two magnets to the side of your

blender. That will give the effect of the pi magnet, as well as put more

oxygen into the water. I went to a Nikken meeting once, with the primary

object of asking the official Nikken MD some specific questions about

Nikken product polarities. The good MD made his official pronouncements,

and was faster getting out of the building than Elvis. Save your money.

Thanks . I think it is MLM. They had Nikken magnetic insoles which I

think people have complained about on this list. What size or type magnets

would you tape on a blender? J.

Not sure about exactly what magnet. The only reference I could find for

Pi magnetics is a ceramic magnet mfg in Germany. My economy sugestion

would be that you go to a small engine repair shop (lawnmower). Last

time I pulled one apart they had a big circular magnet with a cutout of

about 3 inches. Have them give you one from a trashed engine. Stretch it

out a bit, to fit the blender glass. Now you will have a permanent

magnet with poles on opposite sides of the glass. Blend away.

Last time I checked all Radio Shacks sell small magnets in 3 shapes. 3

for a quarter; 25 cents apiece. Etc. They are off inventory, so talk to

the manager to make a deal for a boxfull. I got enough 1/8 " magnets

w/holes in the middle to make it easy to sew them on a bedpad. A

cigar-box full. I made a magnetic bed for $17.

Jim,

Like drugs, magnets have side effects. They often fix symptoms, but the

price to pay down the road can be disastrous.

I have a short, loaded report: " Our Romance with Magnets " that I'd be

willing to send you if you send me a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Send

it to me at 263 West End Ave.#2A, NYC, NY 10023.
