Does ozone therapy (funnelling/cupping) speed up healing of bruises

enough to make it worth the effort of doing it?

If you've done this, and your bruises healed more quickly,

what protocol (flow-rate, concentration, duration) were used?

The largest bruise is around 2.5 " in diameter.

I have done it and believe it healed quicker. Used 0.5 flowrate . I

believe you should never cup with higher flow rate as you can damage the

tube in the generator but this may be dependent on whose machine you have.

Add suction to the outlet of the cup & the healing will be even more rapid.

We didn't get around to trying ozone on the bruises,

but I gave my friend some Arnica gel, and that seemed to help alot.
