YUP! I also have high creatinine results. Doc said it came from muscle

breakdown. Apparently as muscles atrophy you can have high creatinine results.

Whew! I am getting accustomed to the muscle disappearing act-- I was

thinking I needed a kidney transplant for a bit there (though I don't

even feel ill!) That is what I get for sneaking a peak at my chart, eh?

Penny, what type CMT do you have?

My son who has CMT 1A just had blood work done and it showed he had LOW

creatinine serum.
