Re Citicoline

I have to chime in on this one even though I always just lurk and read what

everyone else has to say. I started taking Vit C 8000mg/day when the mouse

studies first came out. I have had a gradual steady improvement in muscle mass

and strength since about 6 wks after starting it. I added Citicoline 1000mg/day

when the information came out about it. Since starting the Citicoline I am

seeing a slightly more rapid (still not fast) gain in strength and abilities,

especially in my hands. Again, everyone is different.
